Epoxy polyamide – Zinc chromate primer
PFEP-2015 is a high performance corrosion protective coating that can be applied on prepared metal surface as first layer or, as intermediate layer on a zinc rich primer.

The surface must be clean, free from any loose particles, contaminations, rusts and remain parts of previous coating.
Metal surfaces such as steel and iron, should be sandblasted up to SA2 grade.
SA2 ½ is recommended in aggressive conditions (e.g. water immersion). The painting process should be done immediately after the air blasting.
After surface preparation, the two parts of the paint should be thoroughly mixed (according the mixing ratio) & using a suitable mixer until a homogenous solution is achieved. The paint can be diluted with T-950 thinner gradually while mixing.
PFEP-2015 is applied using ordinary air or airless spray and small damaged and unpainted area can be repaired by brush.
Using suitable ventilation is necessary while paint application is done in close places.
All tools should be washed with T-950 thinner after the application.
Ambient temperature should be in range of +10 to +50 ºC.
12 months, in unopened package & protect from direct sun light at (5-30) ºC.
