- Description:
PFEP-2045 is protective primer or multipurpose underneath layer providing remarkable characteristics such as water resistance in partial and completely immersion condition without affecting on water’s taste and odor. It is suitable for protection of dry metal and concrete structures or where exposed to water. This product is able to dry perfectly and release all solvents and inhibits pigment migration to aqueous phase, have not any effect on color, taste and odor of water, thus it is specially formulated for potable water application.

- Application Guide:
- Surface preparation:
All surfaces must be clean, dry and free from contaminants, grease, dust, rust, moisture and any loose particles. Metal substrates such as steel and iron are blasted up to SA2 grade. SA2.5 is recommended in aggressive conditions (e.g. water immersion). The painting process should be done exactly after the air blasting.
- Application:
After surface preparation, the two parts of the paint should be thoroughly mixed using a suitable mixer until a homogenous solution is achieved. The paint can be thinned with T-950 thinner gradually while mixing.
PFEP-2045 is applied using ordinary air or airless spray and small surfaces can be repaired by brush.
Using suitable ventilation is necessary while paint application in close places.
All tools should be washed with T-950 thinner after the application.

12 months, in unopened package & protect from direct sun light at (5-40) ºc
