Description:
PFEP-2051 is a coating based on two-component epoxy resin and polyamide hardener that increases the life time and resistance of the system against water.
It can be applied as the topcoat on ethyl-silicate and all epoxy based primers, and also as an intermediate layer for polyurethane systems.

Application Guide:
Surface preparation:
All surfaces must be clean, dry and free from contaminants, grease, dust, rust, moisture and any loose particles.
Cleaning should be done using suitable cleaning agents. If the surface is so smooth and glossy (applying on primer), it should be abraded by sandpaper or any suitable device and then cleaned and dried.
Surface preparation is so important while the paint is applying on the substrate directly.
Application:
After surface preparation, the two parts of the paint should be thoroughly mixed (by the ratio according to the package) using a suitable mixer until a homogenous solution is achieved. The paint can be diluted with T-950 thinner gradually while mixing.
PFEP-2051 is applied using ordinary air or airless spray and small damaged and unpainted area can be repaired by brush.
Using suitable ventilation is necessary while paint application is done in close places.
All tools should be washed with T-950 thinner after the application.
Ambient condition:
Ambient temperature should be in range of +10 to +50 ºc. Relative humidity should not be more than 50%.
Storage:
12 months, in unopened package &protect from sun light at (5-30) ºc
