Application:

Application Guide Direction
All surfaces must be clean, dry and free from any loose particles.
Heating:
It is recommended to heat Polyflex-FR indirectly and in a suitable vessel. The boiler must be equipped with an agitator to avoid local and uneven overheating. The heat-transfer to oil and melted materials must be controlled thermostatically.
Application:
The materials should be poured at temperature higher than 5c and in dry conditions. Polyflex-FR should have a temperature of 120c while pouring. The joints should be leveled with a tolerance less than 3mm, and should be filled with no bubbles.
Conformity:
Polyflex-FR is in compliance with ASTM D3569.
